At Ricky & The Boss, we want you to feel as confident as you look in our collections. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe journey back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
